The stats are down on my site and have been for a week now. How am I suppose to figure out if the changes I make to the site are right or wrong if I don't know their effect?
A friend is helping me redo the site and her template is wonderful! I just need to figure out how to transfer all my info over now!

I decided to start this journal in the hopes of clarifying my thoughts on working online to build a business and also to try and help others not to give up on their dreams. I would welcome comments and ideas!
I have decided I am unhappy with my site - I have had the same design for 3 years. Who do you trust with your ideas for a new design? Will the new designer be able to understand and capture my vision? Will I be able to explain things properly? I would love to have the new site up and running before Christmas but I know that this is impossible. I will just hope that we make it through a better Christmas season this year than last.
